Edufant is a digital JoSAA counseling intelligence platform. It provides JEE students with data-driven college predictions, personalized preference lists, College Fit Test results, and round-by-round decision guidance — all built on 8 years of verified JoSAA closing rank data.
All purchases made on Edufant are for digital products and services that are delivered immediately and in full upon successful payment. Given the nature of digital delivery, Edufant does not offer refunds of any kind, under any circumstances, once a purchase has been completed.
This policy applies to all users, all payment methods, and all purchase amounts.
When you complete a purchase on Edufant, you receive immediate, full access to:
Predicted closing rank bands (Safe / Modern / Low) chances for college-branch-quota-category combinations relevant to your profile
Based on the current JEE Main candidate pool — not generic estimates
A psychometric assessment that maps your preferences, goals, and constraints to a ranked college list
Your complete, prioritized JoSAA preference list built for submission
Freeze / Float / Slide recommendations for every round, backed by historical round-level data
Category-specific reminders for certificates, fee deadlines, and upload requirements
Edufant will not issue a refund for any of the following reasons:
You decided after purchasing that you no longer want to use the platform. You had access to a fully functional free tier before purchasing.
You paid but did not use the platform during JoSAA counseling. Access was available to you from the moment of purchase.
Your JEE Main result was lower than anticipated. The platform is built to help students at every rank level navigate JoSAA — a lower result makes the tool more valuable, not less.
Edufant provides data-backed predictions and strategy guidance. It does not guarantee any specific college allocation. JoSAA outcomes are determined entirely by NTA ranks and JoSAA's algorithm.
Predictions are built on 8 years of verified historical data and communicated as probability bands — not guarantees. Disagreement with a prediction is not a refund basis.
JoSAA counseling concluded and you did not use your access. Access was available throughout the counseling season.
⚠️ Exception — Duplicate Purchase Only: If you accidentally made more than one purchase, contact us immediately at support@edufant.in. If a genuine duplicate is verified, one payment will be credited back. This is the only scenario where a payment reversal may be considered — it is a correction, not a refund.

If you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after a successful purchase, Edufant will respond with full documentation — including proof of purchase, proof of access delivery, and this published refund policy — which you agreed to at the time of purchase.
