These predictions are:
- ESTIMATES ONLY and not guaranteed outcomes
- Based on past year data which may not reflect current year trends
- Subject to variation due to changes in JEE difficulty, number of candidates, reservation policies, or JoSAA seat matrix changes
- Not a substitute for official JoSAA counselling, NTA guidance, or professional counselling advice
Independence Notice: We are not affiliated with JoSAA, IITs, NITs, NTA, or the Ministry of Education. This is an independent, student-assistance platform.
No Liability: We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made by users based on predictions generated by this Tool.

04Intellectual Property
All content, data models, algorithms, design, and functionality of this Tool are our exclusive intellectual property. Historical JoSAA data used in predictions is sourced from publicly available government records and processed for educational purposes. You may not claim ownership of any output generated by the Tool.
05User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@edufant.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
06Third-Party Connections and Partner Services
From time to time, we may facilitate connections between users and educational institutions, counselling services, or partner platforms. These connections are intended to enhance your counselling experience.
Important: Any interaction you choose to have with such third parties is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not liable for any outcomes arising from such interactions.
07Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Your reliance on rank predictions or college recommendations from this Tool
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in historical data
- Missed counselling deadlines or incorrect preference submissions
- Any technical downtime or unavailability of the Tool
- Outcomes of any interactions with third-party partners or institutions
Your use of this Tool is entirely at your own risk.
08No Guarantee of Admission
The Tool does not guarantee admission to any institution. Actual cut-offs, seat availability, and allotment outcomes are determined solely by JoSAA and the respective institutions. Predictions may vary significantly from actual results.
09Modifications to the Tool and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Tool at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Tool at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Tool, its users, or us.
