Content Guidelines
What Makes a Strong Submission
Submissions are assessed for relevance, originality, accuracy, and practical value.
- 1
Review-Ready Google Doc — 2,500+ Words
Submit a complete, proofread draft of at least 2,500 words in Google Docs with clear headings and short paragraphs. Set sharing to "Anyone with the link — Viewer." Submissions under 2,500 words will not be reviewed — we publish in-depth guides, not surface-level takes.
Topics we're looking for:
- JoSAA round strategy and choice-filling tips
- College and branch selection based on AIR
- Life at NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs
- JEE Main and Advanced preparation strategies
- Rank predictor insights and cutoff trends
- Home state vs. other state seat allocation
- Category-wise counselling strategy (OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwD)
- CSAB special rounds guide
- Sliding vs. freezing decisions in JoSAA
- Psychometric and career planning for JEE students
- First-year engineering college survival guides
- 2
Relevant & Actionable
Focus on JEE prep, JoSAA counselling, or college selection. Give readers real steps, concrete examples, and clear takeaways they can act on immediately — not generic advice they've already seen on every other blog.
- 3
Original & Unpublished
Your article must be your own original work, free from plagiarism, and not previously published anywhere else. Accuracy and a consistent viewpoint are essential. We run all submissions through plagiarism checks before review.
- 4
Evidence & Source Links
Back statistics and research with credible source links. Name the source and publication date. Avoid claims that cannot be verified — JEE and JoSAA data can be checked, and we will check it.
- 5
Image Requirements
Submit up to 3 JPG, PNG, or WebP images, with a maximum file size of 600 KB each. Use 1200 × 500 px for the banner image and 360 × 270 px for the featured image. You must have full rights to every image you submit.
- 6
Helpful, Not Promotional
Keep the article educational rather than sales-focused. Avoid excessive brand mentions and affiliate links. You receive one do-follow link to your website or profile in your author bio — that is the only link we will include. Promotional or commercial links embedded in the article body will be removed before publication.
