What Makes a Strong Submission

Submissions are assessed for relevance, originality, accuracy, and practical value.

    Review-Ready Google Doc — 2,500+ Words

    Submit a complete, proofread draft of at least 2,500 words in Google Docs with clear headings and short paragraphs. Set sharing to "Anyone with the link — Viewer." Submissions under 2,500 words will not be reviewed — we publish in-depth guides, not surface-level takes.

    Your article must be your own original work, free from plagiarism, and not previously published anywhere else. Accuracy and a consistent viewpoint are essential. We run all submissions through plagiarism checks before review.

    Evidence & Source Links

    Back statistics and research with credible source links. Name the source and publication date. Avoid claims that cannot be verified — JEE and JoSAA data can be checked, and we will check it.

    Image Requirements

    Submit up to 3 JPG, PNG, or WebP images, with a maximum file size of 600 KB each. Use 1200 × 500 px for the banner image and 360 × 270 px for the featured image. You must have full rights to every image you submit.

    Helpful, Not Promotional

    Keep the article educational rather than sales-focused. Avoid excessive brand mentions and affiliate links. You receive one do-follow link to your website or profile in your author bio — that is the only link we will include. Promotional or commercial links embedded in the article body will be removed before publication.

When you submit your article to Edufant, you irrevocably and exclusively assign all rights, title, and interest in the content — including all related intellectual property and copyrights — to us. We become the sole owners of the article and all rights related to it from the moment of submission.
